The vision for Ritcey East was crafted well before its opening in 2017. Owner Max Ritcey comes from a long line of restauranteurs. His parents owned Ritcey’s Seafood Kitchen, which closed in 2005 after operating on Waltham’s Moody St for 95 years.

At Ritcey East, our ethos revolves around genuine care for our staff, our community, and the environment. We believe in fostering a supportive work environment and creating a dining experience infused with genuine hospitality, creativity, and passion.

We take pride in crafting comfort food that transcends expectations. Each dish is a labor of love, meticulously prepared to tantalize taste buds and evoke a sense of nostalgia.
